First Drone Concept

Well this went well. My first ever mecha/machinary/tech/robot drawing EVAH and i think i have the knack for it.

Recently i've been looking at some of the better artists of not only dA but of the digital artist community and one thing i noticed mostly was that a lot of their works have robots in them. and that they are really awesome. I feel i can draw these well because i really like drawing a lot of detail. i'm absolutely wowed by the detal some of these artists go into but i guess thats what you have to do to be the best. i like drawing detail but i get lazy after a while and start to hate the drawing if i've been doing it for more than 8 hours lol...

I hope people like this. Expect to see this model in a epic piece of work i'm currently planning to be my best, most epic, most detailed and most impressive deviation yet! i think if it takes longer than 8 hours then i''l take that long! i don't want to just take shortcuts and have boring deviations. i have a long summer now so whilst i have the motivation i'm going to go all out to catch up to some of the people who're leaving me behind.
